Starting early tonight, as I may be having an early night again due to the fact that I've worked like a trojan in the house again since 7.30 this morning. I was hoping to have a wee bit of a lie in, but my step-dad decided to phone me at 7.15 just to tell me he'd had a message on his answer phone and could I deal with it (he was at work driving an execavator machine). Needless to say he got a telling off from me, turns out because he knows I usually get up really early to do my ironing he thought I was already up, plus he thought it was later than what it was.
Finished off a card order this afternoon and it'll be collected tomorrow afternoon. I've decided I'll be making a start on my crimbo cards in September when the school hols are over and I've got peace and quiet, as much as I love my son there are times when I could happily just lock myself away in a room and never come out...well at least for a few hours anyway
Here are some cards that've been recently made and have been received by the recipients.
Image is from Pink Gem Designs 'Denny Dragon', and coloured with promarkers, paper was a freebie. Card is from DCWV 'Brights' mat stack, card candy & sentiment from Craftwork Cards, scalloped circle done with nestie run through the cuttlebug.
Image from Penny Black 'Imagine' coloured with promarkers, Prima flowers, paper from Basic Grey Lily Kate 'Pansy' and 'Parasol' ribbon from stash, coloured card as before. Punched with Fiskars 'Scalloped Lace'.
Image from Penny Black 'Tulip Jungle' coloured with Derwent Pastels and Sansodor, shaped cards as previous, cut with Go Kreate '6x6 Pointy Frame #1' dies. Mounted on to pale pink pearl card.
This is the inside, a friend gave me a pack of coloured paper, which is perfect for inserts. Punched with EK Success 'Dotted Wave'

Some great cards there Denyze but I especially like the Tulip Jungle one. The colours you've chosen all go well together and I like the pointy frames. You've coloured it in really well and I adore these Penny Black cat stamps.
